In September, Mr. McCarthy’s class submitted a proposal to the BT Young Scientist. The proposal consisted of looking into “how the world has evolved over time”.

We received conformation that our proposal was accepted and we are now invited to exhibit our project at the BT Primary Young Scientist EXhibition in Mary Immaculate College, Limerick on Saturday, 20th January.

There were hundreds of schools who applied for the exhibition with not all entries being accepted. The children are extremely excited about the exhibition and we look forward to displaying our project in the school in the new year and at the exhibition in Limerick.

There will be progress posts added to the website to show the process the children will go through in order to complete the project.
