A super day, a super game and a super team!

A HUGE congratulations to our Girls who played their socks off on the sacred ground of Pairc Uí Chaoimh today to beat our neighbours and club mates, Ballynoe NS. An amazing achievement for our little school.

This week’s daltaí include someone who is very considerate towards classmates, another who is always in good form and a child who is very creative. Maith sibh a pháistí!👏👏👏

A memorable day was had in the company of our celebrity past pupil, Jane Mangan! We are very proud to raise our Amber Flag in the promotion of Mental Health Awareness 🧘🏼‍♀️and our 4th Green Flag following our efforts in reducing fuel consumption of transport in our school community. 🚌🚲.
Congratulations to Ms Mc Carthy and her Amber Team along with Ms Frisby and her Green Schools Committee.
To make this day even more special we had a visit from the ice cream van 🍦and took a day off homework!🥳🥳🔆

A great day was had at the X Country Races in Ballymacoda. We brought home 5 medals from what was a hugely competitive day. Each and every one of Team Curraglass ran excellent races and kept going to the finishing line while their team mates encouraged them on their way. Well done to all 🏃‍♂️🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇

Well done to our buachaillí and Cailíní who played great hurling and football at St Colman’s and Loreto Blitz. The boys got as far as the semi final shield in their group and the girls came away with the B title. A super day out in the fresh air with our friends. Huge thank you to all our parents who helped in anyway on the day. Our teams have gone from strength to strength in the last few weeks and we are greatly looking forward to the final 2 rounds of our Sciath na Scol campaign. 🏆🏆
